Casey C. Varnell
Casey C. Varnell is a North Carolina native. Born in Macclesfield, he attended Southwest Edgecombe High School in Pinetops. Casey graduated from Methodist College (now Methodist University) in 2006, where he was a four year letter winner for the Monarch baseball team. In 2009, Casey received his Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. Casey and his wife, Jamie, moved to the Outer Banks in 2014 when Casey joined the firm.
Casey has a keen legal mind and a sympathetic ear. He understands that his clients come to him because they need help solving problems, and he works hard to ensure that his clients know they're more than just a case to him. That's why Casey strives to personally answer every call that comes to the office, and to make time for anyone who needs his help. Casey's empathetic nature also makes him an excellent negotiator.
Casey focuses his practice on real estate law, landlord tenant matters, corporate formation and business disputes, estate planning and probate, civil litigation, collections, and municipal law. Casey serves as the town attorney for Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills.
Casey is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the First Judicial District Bar, and the Dare County Bar Association.
Active in the community and with his children, Casey coaches soccer and t-ball, and can occasionally be found playing golf.
When he's not in the office, Casey and Jamie stay busy keeping up with their three children.
