Antonios

Tony brings over 15 years of results-oriented legal experience to our team. He joins us from Washington, D.C., where he served as Counsel to the Inspector General at AmeriCorps Office of Inspector General. His extensive background includes serving as Lead Associate General Counsel at the State Department and as In-house Counsel in the private sector. In addition to his civilian career, Tony is a Major in the New York Air National Guard, currently serving as a Deputy Staff Judge Advocate. His military service includes advising US Cyber Command on complex matters of cybersecurity, privacy, and international cyber operations, as well as base level legal support activities. Tony began his career of service in the U.S. Marine Corps out of high school as a reconnaissance member for the U.S. Chemical Biological Incident Response Force.

 Tony earned his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, where he received the Academic Achievement Award in Criminal Practice and Procedure. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar, Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.

 At Sharp, Graham, Baker & Varnell, LLP, Tony will concentrate his practice on real estate transactions and general civil matters where he will leverage his deep expertise in regulatory compliance and contract law, estate planning, and litigation to serve our clients.
